Your shopping process begins with purchasing online. Depending on the product, we may offer you the option to select the font, wording, paper weight, colors, envelopes, and printing process, allowing you to customize it until you find the perfect match for you. Once you’ve completed the purchase process, the printing process commences, and we’ll ship your purchase to your address within 3 weeks. The timeline may be extended based on your collaboration with us. For customized items, we require 50% of the estimated price before initiating the design process.

Customizing Fully
Personalized Items

Upon receiving your inquiry, we’ll send you a form with specific questions to gather information about you and your event. Following this step, we’ll schedule an appointment, which typically lasts around 1 hour, to delve deeper into your requirements. If you’re located far from Istanbul and unable to schedule an appointment, we can arrange an online meeting.

Next, the design process begins. Within 10 days, we’ll complete the design and send it to you as a PDF via email. Should you require proofs, we offer up to 3 rounds of proofs at no additional cost. Any further revisions beyond this will incur a fixed charge. Each revision requested will take approximately 3 days to implement.

Upon receiving your approval, we proceed to the printing and assembly phase. The entire process generally takes around 4 weeks to complete. However, the timeline may be extended based on your collaboration with us. Similar to customized items, we require 50% of the estimated price before initiating the design process for fully personalized items.
